While Jivi was growing up she realized that she had a natural passion and talent for leadership and coaching. It was not uncommon for Jivi to be seen mediating arguments, counseling peers on issues and behaving in a way that people naturally gravitated towards her. As Jivi continues through her own self-discovery, her core belief has become that the essence of Leadership comes from within, that you have to be able to lead yourself before you can lead others.

With this core belief, Jivi encourages organizations to take an in-depth look at their current reality and helps set goals to work towards a future vision. She brings with her an MBA specializing in Leadership plus over 18 years of professional experience throughout the healthcare industry. Renowned as an exceptionally engaging speaker and facilitator who immediately captivates and inspires her audience, Jivi has a natural and deep passion for inspirational speaking and has developed and presented for many small and large groups (10-500) on the topics of Primary Care, Leadership, Change Management, and Team Dynamics. She has developed sound and credible teaching programs for physicians, their staff and their patients and has extensive experience in workflow redesign and office technical and adaptive change.

Jivi has proven capability and success in accurately assessing an organization's unique challenges and then providing her clients with realistic solutions to address them in a friendly and inspiring manner.
